Office Rent (if you office on-site)   Starting at $67 & up

Copies                                           .05/copy for black & white copies
                                                       .35/copy for color copies
                                                        The same fee applies to print jobs on the copiers

Error & Omissions Insurance     $50/transaction at closing/funding

E&O Deducitible $5,000              With a home warranty, inspection, seller disclosure & a
                                                        buyer's walkthrough reduced to $2,500.  Deductible to be
                                                        split between Company and Agent

100% Transaction Fee                 $25/closed transaction once you've reached 100%
                                                       (up to a maximum of 4 closed transactions/month)

Personal Transactions                No Company commission on personal transactions AFTER
                                                        two (2) regular closings.  However, the agent must pay $50 
                                                        transaction fee & $50 personal transaction fee
