Our Broker and Team Leader is Steven Gragg.
Steven has been licensed for the past 29 years, obtaining his license in 1982 and receiving his Broker license in 1985. He is a native of San Antonio. His parents were born and raised in San Antonio. His father, Robert Gragg was a builder for over 30 years. Steven’s grandfather, Perry Gragg was born and raised in San Antonio. His grandfather ran a lumber yard, was President of Harlandale State Bank and built many homes on the south side. Steven’s great grandfather, Perry Sr. owned and ran a Real Estate office downtown in the 1920’s. He holds the number two license issued by TREC and was President of SABOR in 1937.
Steven graduated from The University of Texas in 1981 and Winston Churchill High School in 1978. He is the father of two sons: Zachary (age16) and Andrew (age 14).
Steven currently serves on the SABOR Board of Directors and was voted Broker of the Year for 2010 by the San Antonio Board of Realtors.
Keller Williams Legacy was founded in December 1998. The five owners combined many years of real estate experience to open an agent oriented company. It opened with six realtors including the five owners: Jerri Smallwood, Janis Morgan, Steven Gragg, Barbara Zoller and Nancy Fulk.
